Massage during pregnancy helps relieve sore, tight muscles and reduces swelling.
It increases mental and physical energy levels and improves sleep.
Massage is also good for the baby as research has shown that the unborn baby can be affected by stress levels experienced by its mother.
Course times are from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm.
The venue is at the Manchester School of Massage in South Manchester.
The group size is kept at eight or below for individual attention.
