Prices quoted include weekday delivery to Mainland UK addresses.
Although we do our best to deliver on specified date and time and within the given lead time we cannot guarantee these dates as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by transport delays.
IMPORTANT NOTE : If you suspect delivery may be a problem, please add information to your delivery details when you order e.g. 'leave in porch if no reply'.
What if the parcel is lost in transit?
If you do not receive your product in a reasonable time (5 days after cleared payment has been received) and there is no reason for the delay, please contact us with your name, address, telephone number and the product you have purchased.
What is the additional cost of delivery to Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Ireland?
£9.00 +VAT in excess of the normal parcel delivery cost to mainland UK destinations. The normal delivery time is extended by up to an additional 3 days.
What time will the delivery arrive?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the date or time of arrival exactly, as courier routes vary depending on the work load for the day/week. However, if you are unavailable when they attempt delivery they will leave an "attempted to deliver" card. Simply call the local number on the card and they will re-deliver. You can also take the card to the courier's local depot, with acceptable proof of identity, and you should be able to collect your parcel. They are usually open till late in the evenings on weekdays and up to 12.00 noon on Saturdays.
"Before 12 noon" deliveries can be arranged on weekdays. They cost a little bit more than the standard delivery.
Deliveries can also be arranged for Saturdays. These do cost more. If you need to have the delivery made only on a Saturday, please call us for the Saturday delivery price.
Do I have to check the parcel on receipt for damage?
If the parcel has been damaged please reject it and report it to us as soon as possible so that another can be sent out to you. The carrier will return the damaged parcel to us. When accepting goods from a carrier a good safety precaution is to sign for them as received "unchecked". Some couriers have the goods "received in good condition" pre-printed on their form. Do not feel embarrassed to cross it out and replace it with "received unchecked". Should the packaging be damaged you MUST sign for it as damaged. Claims for shortages or damages in transit must be advised within 48hours of receipt of order.
Damage reported within 48hours will be collected and replaced at the earliest possible convenience.
Do you deliver to Europe and International destinations?
Some products are suitable for international shipping and some are not economical. Please email your request and we will quote if it is possible.
What if I have received the wrong product?
If you find the product we have sent is not the product you ordered, please accept our apologies and email us in the first instance and we will arrange collection and delivery of the correct item.
Can I arrange for the parcel to be left with a neighbour?
Yes if you need to leave with a neighbour or in a safe location, because you are unable to receive the delivery, please add your instruction to the order.
If any product is found to be faulty in parts or workmanship within one year of purchase we will offer to repair or replace it at no cost to you.
All couches are manufactured using high quality materials and have been checked for strength and durability.
Every care is taken to deliver your couch in pristine condition.
This guarantee is valid from the date of original invoice and covers against faulty workmanship and defective materials.
Under this guarantee with the following conditions we will replace the faulty item with a new one.
1. The product is otherwise in good condition and has not been subjected to misuse, neglect or accident
2. No modifications, repairs or alterations have been made
3. The product must be returned in the original packaging and boxing, securely fastened.
4. Wear and tear is not covered i.e. upholstery / vinyl damage.
5. If a repair is not possible we will endeavour to replace the couch with an identical model. If this is not possible, e.g. if the couch model has been discontinued, we reserve the right to replace the couch with another model at our discretion. Under no circumstances will we offer a refund after the first 14 days.
Note: Upon receipt of your couch all damages or shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours of initial receipt.
In the above instances we will ask you to return the damaged goods. The goods will either be repaired or replaced, after which they will be sent back to you by courier and we will be responsible for the cost of the courier for the return back to you.
Claims made outside these time limits will NOT be accepted.
Cancellations and returns
Where items have been ordered in error or are not as expected, we may agree to their return on the following conditions:
1. A request must be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
2. The item must be returned in perfect condition complete in the original packaging and boxing.
3. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit to parcels being returned.
4. Any refunds will be made at purchase price of item less a 10% handling charge, within 30 days of their return . Exchanges will incur a 10% handling charge.
5. The customer is responsible for full carriage costs for both original & forward
6. Items are returned at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under no circumstances should any product be returned directly to Manchester School of Massage. Any return must be arranged by phone or email and must be accompanied with a valid returns number. We will supply you with the returns number and an address label for the return.
Items returned without following this procedure may be subject to further courier charges.
For your own protection, please pack thoroughly and obtain a receipt from the carrier.
