REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind within 90 days of the date of purchase we will issue a full refund subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The centre may charge a fee equal to the full cost of the treatment if an appointment is made but the client does not attend the appointment and does not notify the centre.
The centre may charge a fee equal to the full cost of the treatment if an appointment is made and subsequently cancelled within 60 minutes of the appointment time.

LATE ARRIVAL
Clients arriving late for their appointment may have their session reduced to the remaining time available.
