CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel a gift voucher order before the voucher has been dispatched, a refund less 3% of the total cost will be made.
If the voucher has been dispatched, a refund less 10% of the total cost will be made within one week of the dispatch date, subject to safe return of the voucher to us. Refunds will not be given under any other circumstances.
LIMITATIONS OF VOUCHER
Vouchers are valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers handed in after this time will not be accepted.
Vouchers may be redeemed against the following treatments: Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Reiki and Bowen Technique.
