CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your place on the Anatomy, Physiology & Massage Certificate, Aromatherapy Diploma, Reflexology Diploma, Indian Head Massage Diploma, Advanced Massage Diploma, Sports Massage Diploma or Beauty Certificate courses before the course has started, £100 of the total cost is non-refundable. The balance amount is refundable up to seven days before the course start date. Course fees may be transferred on one occasion to a similar course at the discretion of the school.

If you cancel your place on the Holistic Therapies Diploma or Beauty Specialist Diploma before the course has started, £200 of the total cost is non-refundable. The balance amount is refundable up to seven days before the course start date. Course fees may be transferred on one occasion to a similar course at the discretion of the school.

If you cancel your place on the Introduction to Massage weekend before the course has started, £45 of the total cost is non-refundable. The balance amount is refundable up to seven days before the course start date. Course fees may be transferred on one occasion to a similar course at the discretion of the school.

If you cancel your place on the Reiki Level 1 or 2 before the course has started, £60 of the total cost is non-refundable. The balance amount is refundable up to seven days before the course start date. Course fees may be transferred on one occasion to a similar course at the discretion of the school.

If the school cancels a course for any reason, a choice of a full refund or alternative course dates will be offered.
The school reserves the right to provide a different tutor to that advertised and to alter the course dates, hours or venue if this should become necessary.

ASSESSMENT FEES
Qualification courses have an additional fee which is stated on the information page and order page for each course.
The fees include the cost of a VTCT assessment booklet and varies according to the qualification being taken, VTCT lifetime registration which is a fixed amount of £12, and £10 for verification procedures. Please note that if you already have a VTCT registration number or are taking additional courses at the school then the fees are reduced by £12.
Assessment fees must be paid at least three weeks before the start of the course so that the assessment booklets may be ordered in time for the start of the course. For applications within three weeks of the start of the course, the assessment fees should be sent as soon as possible. VTCT assessment fees cannot be refunded.

Discounts and promotions may be offered from time to time. Offers are only valid through this website. Refunds will not be given if a previously higher price has been paid. Offers are not retrospective and will only be valid from the present time until the stated expiry date.
