Course Content
This one day workshop combines a blend of Neuro-Muscular techniques, deep tissue massage and PNF stretching.

Entry Requirements
Previous experience in massage is desirable.

Qualification Attained
This course is not accredited, however a Manchester School of Massage certificate of attendance is provided and the workshop can be used for CPD points.

Further Information
Trigger points cause common pain complaints such as headaches, neck and face pain, TMJ dysfunction, upper and mid back pain, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis,  low back pain, abdominal pain, sciatica and many variations of hip and knee pain etc. Neuromuscular techniques can act on these trigger points, alleviating pain and increasing mobility. Course times are from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm. The venue is at the Manchester School of Massage in South Manchester. The group size is kept below ten for individual attention.
