Course Content
You will learn how to apply massage techniques which work on the deeper muscles, allowing you to relieve even chronic muscular pain and tension. Neuromuscular techniques, transverse frictions will be shown.

A Manchester School of Massage certificate of attendance is provided and this workshop provides  CPD Points.

Further Information
By the end of the workshop you will: Think creatively about what Deep Tissue massage really is and apply fresh, new Deep Tissue techniques. Learn how to prepare and soften muscles in a dynamic way to access deeper layers. Practice great techniques for helping your clients experience ease of movement in their daily activities--whether for athletics or getting in and out of bed. Course times are from 10.30 am to 4.00 pm. The venue is at the Manchester School of Massage in South Manchester. The group size is kept below ten for individual attention. Please book early to ensure a place on a particular course.
